VINEYARD From the “La Revilla” estate at just over 3,000 feet in elevation. The vines are planted in limestone soils marked by veins of clay. The average age of the goblet pruned vines are 25 years.

PROCESS Crianza is a blend of grapes from our vineyards on the “La Revilla” estate, some old plots of Tinto Fino, Cabernet and Merlot, and the best selection of grapes from vineyards with different soils, solar exposures and altitudes within Ribera del Duero Traditionally fermented with indigenous yeasts that are uniquely adapted to express the various terroirs. Maturation is two-part and occurs over 12 months in 90% French oak barrels and 10% American oak barrels followed by an additional year in bottle.
TASTING NOTES Cherry red with medium-high color density. Fruity aromas of blackcurrant and strawberry compote with spicy and toasted notes. Pleasant on the palate with fine, well-integrated tannins, precise volume and a fresh mouthfeel thanks to its lively acidity.
